Andanza is a Basque inspired pintxos bar and restaurant in Bermondsey, created as a love letter to northern Spain.

The energy comes from San Sebastián, the way you eat there, grazing on small plates, ordering as you go, and letting the table build over the course of the night. There’s also a nod to the tabancos of Jerez: unpretentious, lively, and built around great produce, good bottles, and the simple pleasure of staying for one more.

The menu is designed for sharing. Expect classic pintxos, jamón carved properly, croquetas and bar snacks,

Atlantic leaning seafood, and grill led plates with that Basque balance of smoke, salt and acidity, 

rooted in Spanish tradition, made for Bermondsey.

Since 2020 Andanza has become a fixture of the neighbourhood: informal, busy, and welcoming, whether you’re dropping in for a quick bite or settling in for the full spread.
